GfsMapTransform is used to define an isometric transformation of the coordinate system.

The syntax in parameter files is:

[ GfsMap ] { rx = 0 ry = 0 rz = 20 tx = 3.5 ty = 23 tz = -1e-2 }

where (rx,ry,rz) defines a rotation and (tx,ty,tz) defines a translation of the origin of the coordinate system.

Note that, at the moment, vector (and tensor) quantities do not take the rotation into account.
