Your parameter file is wrong, for a 3D flow it should be:
SourceDiffusion U 1e-3 SourceDiffusion V 1e-3 SourceDiffusion W 1e-3
or better still
SourceViscosity 1e-3

Just been reeding this and found it verry usefull, however, the discussion of viscosity says Gerris needs Kinematic viscosity whereas the GtsSourceViscosity page says it needs dynamic viscosity. Am I correct in thinking this is a contradiction?
